Ouch, that hurt! Sitting in one position can take its toll on your body. If you do sit for long periods doing anything, at a sewing machine, at a desk or in front of a computer, you need to ensure that your body, especially your back, isn't going to suffer. Please take this aspect of your life seriously. If you don't it may harm your body and, in the long term, do damage to your health. We don't wish to be alarmist; but taking care of yourself when using your devices needs careful thought.
