Free Software - Photoscape For Windows & Mac
PhotoScape is a fun and easy-to-use photo editing software program/application that enables you to do some wonderful work on your photographs. It also has built-in options to add both text and graphics to your pictures.

If you choose to purchase the paid version of the software the price at the time of writing this is £33.49 but the free version does a great deal of good stuff so stick with that until you've really tested it out to find if it's what you want to use for photo and graphic editing.

For many users who want to edit their photos without too much sophistication this software is both free and relatively easy to learn how to use.
Having said that, like any new topic, you do have to devote some time to learning how to use it. At first learning anything new can seem a bit daunting but with practice, and persistence, it does get easier!
If you want to learn how to edit your photos this could be a few hours away from you becoming an expert!
