December Monthly Meeting
Sue Benwell
Our Guest Speaker at the December Monthly Meeting was Sue Benwell. Back in the early nineties she had the opportunity to interview Sir Norman Wisdom and her talk was based on their conversation about his life and career.
Sometimes very sad, particularly his early childhood, but many funny moments too, as she shared anecdotes of his life and career.
It was an excellent talk and was well received by our members in the audience.
Sue's talk was followed by our Singing For Pleasure Interest Group entertaining us to several Christmas carols.
