In March 2015, Chalfonts u3a was officially constituted as a member of the Third Age Trust and run by a steering committee until the first Annual General Meeting in 2016. With only 17 interest groups at the start these multiplied and multiplied so today Cu3a can offer over 70 groups. We’re proud of this achievement and what we believe is a warm, welcoming and friendly u3a with amazing convenors who give up so much of their time so that so many can enjoy a wide  variety of activities. The u3a is a self-help organisation that uses the knowledge and experience of its members to benefit all – providing a wide range of opportunities to come together to learn for fun and explore new ideas. The 10th anniversary will be celebrated with several events later in the year.
