Our Objectives

  • To initiate a discussion about a topic of history
  • To encourage all members to make suggestions on topics of interest
  • To encourage interaction of group members in the discussion

 

Meeting Frequency

We meet once a month at the Community Centre at 2-4pm on the 2nd Thursday of the month, starting on 9th April.

Meeting Format

To have an open discussion about the period of history chosen for the meeting. Usually we do not expect any particular person to lead the discussion, but interaction is encouraged.

We welcome anyone who has an interest in history to join us.

Our purpose is to have an enjoyable discussion  and share our views, insights and thoughts about various periods of world history.
