As the help is one-to-one and you may not want to sit through other people’s issues, it works on an allocated ‘time-slot’ system. Each individual gets a 20-minute slot on ‘first-come first-served’ basis.

 It would help if you brought with you a list of issues you want to raise in priority order. We can then tackle as many as possible in 20 minutes.

It would make sense for you to arrive 10 minutes before your slot time in case we finish early with the person before you. However, there is nothing stopping you to come for the whole 2 hours if you are interested in how other people’s issues get resolved. You may have the same issue or may learn something 😊.

You should bring your own device with you (laptop, tablet, phone) and its charger.
