Meeting Frequency
Every Tuesday for a six week course which may be repeated as many times as the member wishes to participate.
Ability Level
All are welcome as everyone works to their own level with no undue stresses and strains put on our bodies. No previous experience is needed.
Equipment
Yoga mat and towel initially. A yoga block may be required at a later date.
Cost of the six week course
Yoga needs a qualified instructor to lead the group. There is a £20 fee for the six week course.
